    GAMPAC is seeking high-energy, motivated, team members to join our brokerage team as Logistics Account Managers in our Indianapolis and Scottsdale offices.  This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an aggressive growth plan from the ground up.  We are looking for the right people to help drive this into 2019 and continue our year over year growth of over 50% since operations began in 2015. This position will be part of a core team responsible for sourcing, securing and managing the transportation needs for new and existing GAMPAC customers. 



    • Cultivate new opportunities from the Business Development Team into larger accounts
    • Utilizing creative methods to find new business partners including but not limited to: Internet searches (DAT, Internet Truck Stop), past contacts, and Business Development leads
    • Provide excellent customer service while creatively finding new and better solutions to their needs and driving down costs.
    • Utilize data and problem-solving skills to resolve recurring customer concerns
    • Communicate daily with customers on current shipments to ensure their needs are being met
    • Support A/R in collections of past due invoices for your customers
    • Other duties as assigned



    • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 6 months brokerage experience
    • Basic understanding of brokerage operations and geographic freight markets
    • Prior demonstration of effective negotiation skills
    • Ability to work well in both individual and team settings  
    • Experience with Microsoft Office
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
